Orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. One-pouch shipping is calculated from your delivery address and shown before payment. A subscription repeats its quoted shipping fee for each one-pouch delivery; shipment changes show any updated fee for confirmation. Taxes are shown before payment. Standard shipping is free for orders containing two or more pouches.
Subscriptions
Subscription products receive a 15% discount and renew automatically at the frequency selected during checkout: every two weeks, every month, every six weeks, or every two months. Before each charge, customers receive an email showing the renewal date, products, quantities, and total.
Changes before renewal
Customers may sign in to their Juno account to change flavors, quantities, and delivery frequency until 24 hours before the scheduled renewal charge. The exact deadline is shown in the account. After that deadline, the upcoming delivery is locked for preparation. Customers can still edit the following delivery’s flavors, quantities, or schedule from the separate dated card in their account. Those changes are saved for later and do not alter the locked delivery. For an unlocked delivery, frequency changes recalculate the next charge from the most recent successful subscription payment. If that date has passed or falls inside the 24-hour cutoff, the next charge moves to the earliest later date outside the cutoff. An existing pause or skip remains in place. For a locked delivery, frequency changes recalculate the following delivery without changing the locked charge. The confirmation shows the revised charge date; saving never charges the customer immediately. Customers may skip a delivery or pause charges and deliveries for one, two, or three months; a delivery hold cannot extend beyond three months from when it starts. Deliveries restart automatically on the displayed date. Resuming early schedules the next charge for three days later. We expect to ship on the charge date or the following day; carrier transit time determines arrival. Already-paid orders are not changed by these controls. Pausing or skipping does not count as a successful payment toward the two-payment commitment. Payment details are managed through secure Stripe billing screens. Cancellation is managed in the Juno account.
Cancellation and first-order discount repayment
Customers may cancel future renewals online from their account. Cancellation before the 24-hour deadline stops the next unpaid renewal. Inside the deadline, the locked delivery will still be charged and fulfilled, and cancellation stops renewals after it. Already-paid orders are not canceled. For subscriptions purchased under these terms, if a subscription is canceled after the first successful subscription payment but before the second successful subscription payment, the customer authorizes Juno to charge the exact dollar amount of the first-order subscription savings, including the 15% subscription discount and any wheel bonus actually applied. A wheel bonus may be a percentage discount, a dollar discount, or waived first-order shipping. Ordinary shipping charges, taxes, and unrelated promotions are excluded. The exact repayment amount is disclosed at checkout. Existing subscriptions keep the repayment terms disclosed when purchased.
Once the second subscription payment succeeds, the two-shipment commitment is complete and no discount repayment applies. If Juno cannot fulfill the second shipment, the repayment is waived.
Product information
Featured prepared-serving nutrition refers to one serving (2 scoops / 60g) prepared with 1⅓ cups 2% milk. Mix-only values are identified separately. Substitutions and mix-ins change prepared nutrition. Current product packaging is the controlling source for nutrition, ingredients, allergens, net weight, and preparation instructions.
