Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes and one-pouch shipping charges are shown before payment. Standard shipping is free for orders containing two or more pouches.
Subscriptions
Subscription products receive a 15% discount and renew automatically at the frequency selected during checkout: every two weeks, every month, every six weeks, or every two months. Before each charge, customers receive an email showing the renewal date, products, quantities, and total.
Changes before renewal
Customers may manage available flavor, quantity, delivery-frequency, billing, and cancellation options online through the secure customer portal before the renewal payment is processed.
Cancellation and first-order discount repayment
Customers may cancel online at any time without calling support. If a subscription is canceled after the first successful subscription payment but before the second successful subscription payment, the customer authorizes Juno to charge the exact dollar amount of the 15% subscription discount actually applied to the first order. Shipping, taxes, coupons, and unrelated promotions are excluded from this calculation.
Once the second subscription payment succeeds, the two-shipment commitment is complete and no discount repayment applies. If Juno cannot fulfill the second shipment, the repayment is waived.
Product information
Featured prepared-serving nutrition refers to one serving (2 scoops / 88g) prepared with 1¼ cups 2% milk. Mix-only values are identified separately. Substitutions and mix-ins change prepared nutrition. Current product packaging is the controlling source for nutrition, ingredients, allergens, net weight, and preparation instructions.
