Our Protein Ice Cream Mix is a dry mix designed to be prepared at home in a Ninja Creami.

You have a few options. Our Protein Ice Cream Mix can be prepared in other ice cream makers or mixed with milk and enjoyed as a protein shake. For the best ice cream texture, we recommend the Ninja Creami—it’s the machine our mix was designed for. Preparation and results will vary with other machines.

Our Protein Ice Cream Mix has 30g protein and 190 calories per dry serving. Prepared with 1⅓ cups 2% milk, it has 41g protein and 350 calories. A dry serving is 2 level scoops (60g). Other milks and mix-ins change the prepared nutrition. You’ll find the full nutrition facts on your pouch.

Yes. Our Protein Ice Cream Mix contains milk, including whey protein concentrate and nonfat dry milk. It is not dairy-free or vegan. Check the ingredients and allergen statement on your pouch before using it.

Each pouch contains about 10 servings. One serving is 2 scoops (60g).

Pour 1⅓ cups of milk into your Creami container, add 2 level scoops of mix, and mix thoroughly. Freeze on a level surface for at least 16 hours, until completely solid. Spin on Lite Ice Cream, then Re-Spin if needed. Follow your pouch and machine instructions.

We use 2% dairy milk. You can use your preferred milk, but a different milk changes the flavor, texture, and prepared nutrition. For the nutrition shown on the label, use the specified amount of 2% milk.

It takes less then a minute to prepare before the Ninja pint needs to be frozen for at least 16 hours. The spinning process in the Ninja Creami then only take a few minutes.

If the ice cream is still powdery you are totally good to respin! However, one full cycle on the Lite Ice Cream setting is usually enough for us.

Yes. Once your ice cream is ready, use your machine’s Mix-In setting to add your favorite extras. Follow its instructions and fill limits. Mix-ins change the prepared nutrition.

Subscriptions save 15% and can be scheduled to arrive every 2 weeks, every month, every 6 weeks, or every 2 months. If you cancel before the second successful subscription payment, you repay the exact first-order savings, including any wheel bonus. After payment two, cancellation is free.

Standard shipping is free for orders containing two or more pouches. One-pouch shipping is calculated for your delivery address and shown before payment.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility unless Juno made an error. For damaged, incorrect, or defective products, contact us within seven days with your order number and a photo when possible. Opened products are not returnable unless there is a quality, damage, or fulfillment problem.
