Juno is operated by Macadamia LLC. This policy describes how we handle information on junoprotein.com.
Information collected
Juno may collect information you provide, including your email address, contact details, shipping address, order choices, and customer-support messages. Payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Juno.
How information is used
Information is used to provide stock and product updates you request, process and fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.
When you choose a coming-soon flavor, Juno saves your current preference with an anonymous browser identifier in a first-party cookie. This remembers your choice and lets each browser count once when we prioritize upcoming flavors. You can change or clear your pick by tapping a package. These preference totals do not include customer email addresses and are separate from optional advertising or analytics measurement.
Service providers
Juno uses Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Shippo for shipping rates, labels, and tracking, Resend for requested stock and transactional order emails, Google Analytics for optional site measurement, and Meta Pixel for optional advertising measurement. Each provider processes information according to its own privacy terms.
When optional measurement is permitted under your regional settings and privacy choices, Google Analytics may receive page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, referring-site categories—including whether a visit came from an AI search service—product interactions, checkout events, and order values. Juno records the AI service name and referring hostname rather than sending the referring page's search terms. Juno does not send payment-card details or customer email addresses to Google Analytics.
When you submit a product review, Juno uses the order number and checkout email to verify the purchase. Those verification details remain private. Only your chosen display name, rating, review text, flavor, and publication date may appear publicly after moderation.
Measurement
Juno uses Meta Pixel to measure page views, cart activity, checkout starts, and purchases so Juno can understand advertising performance and improve campaign delivery. Juno does not send payment-card details or customer email addresses to Meta Pixel. For visitors identified as being in the United States, ordinary analytics and advertising measurement are enabled unless you opt out. You do not need to click an acceptance button. An earlier decline remains in effect. Where we require opt-in, including when the visitor’s region cannot be determined, measurement remains off until allowed.
Optional Google Analytics measurement also records scroll milestones, which labeled sections are visible and for how long, navigation and product-detail actions, wheel spin attempts and results, cart changes, and checkout steps or failures. A section view indicates visibility, not proof that its content was read. These events use predefined labels, not text entered into forms, customer email addresses, street addresses, or payment-card details. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by turning off optional analytics and advertising measurement. You can change your setting using the Privacy choices link in the footer or the controls below. We use an approximate country signal supplied by our hosting provider to select regional settings; we do not request your device’s precise location.
Meta may receive cookie identifiers, page URLs, device and browser information, IP-derived approximate location, and shopping events and order values. Meta may associate these events with its users and use them for advertising measurement and targeting. We do not send customer email addresses, shipping addresses, payment-card details, health profiles, or form-entry text as event parameters. Automatic form and button scanning is disabled. We do not operate a business selling customer lists for money; sharing with advertising platforms may nevertheless be considered a sale or sharing under some US privacy laws.
Your privacy choices
You can turn off optional analytics and advertising sharing in this browser. This includes sharing with Meta for advertising measurement and targeting. Your cart, checkout, and order updates will still work.

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. To allow tracking while one of those signals is enabled, change the setting in your browser first. This setting does not change your email subscriptions.
Marketing email
Stock notifications and marketing emails are sent only after consent. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method.
Optional marketing signups receive a welcome email and may receive a follow-up reminder two days later. Juno records the signup source, consent wording, and consent time. Resend processes the email address, signup, and purchase status to send these messages and stop promotional follow-ups after a purchase or unsubscribe. Claiming a wheel offer or requesting a stock notification does not automatically enroll you in this marketing sequence.
Juno Ads Automation
Juno Ads Automation is an internal tool used by authorized users and software to manage Juno's own advertising through Meta's official APIs. It is not a service for managing other advertisers' accounts.
Meta information accessed and its purpose
When an authorized account administrator grants access, the tool accesses the identifiers and settings of Juno's ad accounts, Facebook Page, datasets and pixels, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creative assets, together with Page business information and aggregate advertising performance reports. This information is used to configure campaigns and measurement, prepare and manage ads, and analyze Juno's advertising results. This workflow does not require customer lists, private messages, payment-card details, or individual customers' purchase histories. Juno does not sell information obtained through this tool.
Storage and service providers
Meta processes authenticated API requests. The access credential for Juno's local management connection is stored using encryption scoped to the authorized Windows user. Selected account configuration and reporting information may also be processed through OpenAI's assistant services for campaign setup and analysis; assistant conversation history and service records are subject to the applicable service terms and account settings. Encryption of the local credential does not mean all advertising information remains only on that computer.
Juno retains access credentials while the connection is authorized and retains working configuration and reporting records as needed to operate and review its advertising, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers involved in this work.
Revoke access or request deletion of app information
You can revoke Juno Ads Automation's access through the Facebook account's Business Integrations settings, or through the relevant Meta business settings for a business-managed connection. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Juno Ads Automation, email help@junoprotein.com with the subject “Juno Ads Automation data request” and identify the account or Page concerned. Do not send a password, access token, payment information, or identity document in the initial request.
Juno will verify the requester's authority before acting and will remove app-controlled credentials and working copies covered by a valid deletion request, except records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Revoking this connection does not automatically delete campaigns, business records, or other information held by Meta. Copies in an assistant service's conversation history are governed by that service's retention and deletion controls; mention those copies in your request so the relevant deletion steps can be identified.
Retention and policy changes
We retain order and transaction records as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Marketing records are retained while needed to honor subscriptions and opt-outs. Your optional-measurement choice is stored in this browser. Its cookie expires after one year; browser storage can retain the choice until cleared. Analytics and advertising providers apply their own retention settings and policies. We post changes here with an updated date; an existing opt-out is not changed by this update.
